 Let me begin by introducing myself, I'm Tim Lassiter,
a second generation Master Carpenter and President of Houston Remodeling™
and ArchDesigns™.
I have 27 years of
hands-on experience, 15 years of which I was a master trim carpenter which
included specializing in round stairways, cabinets, bookcases and custom
millwork.
I
personally manage each project from beginning to end. That includes
our first meeting, the estimate, the contract, architectural designs if
needed and lastly, building the project. There are no stand around supervisors to drive up the cost
of the project here at Houston Remodeling.
We carry two million
dollars in General Liability Insurance, I'm a registered Contractor
with the State of Texas and I'm a member of the Better Business
Bureau.

How many estimates do I really need? |
|
Only one if you are comfortable with your remodeling
contractor in getting the job done to your satisfaction and
price. These days just getting an estimate is a task in
itself. Trust is very important in choosing a construction
company! One of the biggest myths today in remodeling is
that you need three estimates. Find a contractor you can build
a relationship with.
