Effective March 1, 2004 all Builder and
Remodelers are required to be state registered that perform projects
$10,000 or more. County Inspections –
The builder/remodeler must provide for inspections in an
unincorporated area and report their completion to the
commission. All builder contracts with
homeowners must contain the builder registration information and
commission complaint information. |
